"What I Had For Lunch"

For some reason, midday meals seem to be a hugely popular topic for blogs. I figured, for my first official post, why not try my hand at trying to make the best blog post about lunch ever?

P.S. I think Margaret Mason might have been right.

Making what you had for lunch interesting isn't easy, but you did a good job. I learned more about rueben sandwichs than I'll probably ever need to know. And you did it in a well paced video that kept my attention. On a side note: was that the same guy in both pictures? Even if it isn't, I thought it was, and that made me laugh. Awesome.

I care, Josh. I do. If you were hoping to put a definitive end to the lunchpost, you may have accidentally spawned a new beginning. Excellent supplemental images, especially the Hello Deli s, and the article clipping.

YES! finally someone understands PeeWee. He's not all just dancin' around screamin' for kids, he's a culinary genius. Way to pull the image from David Letterman btw.

As a fan of saurkraut, this piece really spoke to me. I liked how you moved from the literal to the absurd so fluidly. It shows you have a great grasp of internet humor. However, I thought the editing towards the end didn't fit with the rest of the video. Also, the fact you used the same joke twice ("not pictured") was kind of detrimental. But I did laugh the first time, so loudly so people around me are mildly offended. But that's what I get, watching this in an ITC.

Yeah, your sense of humor is probably something I'm going to be getting into as this thing progresses.

The black and white put an interesting twist on otherwise mundane sandwich ingredients. The movie clips and stills made it more dynamic and fun to watch.

I thought everything about this post was awesome! I liked the cuts to the pictures and the clip from "Pee Wee's Big Adventure". They helped add a little more Thousand Island Dressing to you Ruben of a post. The only thing any where close to negative I could say about this is the glare on your glasses, but that is just me nit-picking and being jealous.
